Investment Approach

The Fund invests in a diversified portfolio of securities. By investing in corporate debt, asset-backed securities (including mortgages) and debt-like hybrid securities and discount securities, Perpetual aims to enhance returns while substantially retaining low-risk characteristics. Perpetual aims to enhance returns by: - considering a range of securities, providing they meet the minimum required credit rating - selecting securities that offer attractive yields relative to their risk - actively managing for changes in market-wide and security-specific credit margins - diversifying among different securities issued by various borrowers Derivatives may be used in managing the Fund.
