There are some attractive tax advantages available to investors in WealthFocus Investment Advantage:
You can move across investment options within WealthFocus Investment Advantage without triggering capital gains tax (CGT).
If you withdraw a portion of your investment, partial withdrawals are cost base adjustments. There is no CGT on partial withdrawals until withdrawals exceed the cost base of your investment.
As long as the initial investment is held for 12 months or more, a 50% CGT discount will be available on all withdrawals. This includes withdrawals on additional investments that have been held for less than 12 months.
The Perpetual WealthFocus Super Plan is a simple to use personal superannuation product, designed for both employees and the self-employed.
You are able to make one-off and/or regular contributions to your super account (subject to maximum contribution caps for each financial year).
Taking out insurance through super can be a tax effective way of securing extra peace of mind. Access to optional personal insurance within your super is available for salary continuance, death only, total and permanent disablement (TPD) only, and death and TPD.

The Perpetual WealthFocus Pension Plan is designed for retirees who need a regular income. It offers an account based pension or transition to retirement pension.
Choose the frequency of income payments from your pension and alter the amount as your needs change, subject to the government’s minimum withdrawal requirements. You may also be able to withdraw lump sums. If you’re 60 years of age or over, you generally won’t pay tax on income payments from your WealthFocus pension.
