Once your application has been reviewed and assessed by Talent Acquisition you will be notified of an application outcome.
If successful following the initial phone interview, you’ll be invited to interview with the hiring manager and other key individuals relevant to the position. The interview may be face to face or via Microsoft teams.

The number of interviews to which you’re invited will depend on the role you’re applying for. We will request references from a manager or supervisor from your two most recent employers. Please note, personal references will not be accepted. We also require a valid passport (particularly if you are not an Australian Citizen) or a birth certificate.
Once your references have been completed, we will confirm verbally your offer details.
Upon the return of the required documentation, we will generate your offer letter. You will receive a notification to complete a task in Workday, our recruitment system. You can then review the letter of offer and accept with the click of a button.
You will also receive a link to complete background checks including national record check, qualifications and licence checks. This enables us to meet important regulatory and compliance requirements.
