Vince is the Head of Equities and the Portfolio Manager for Australian Share, Geared Australian Share, Concentrated Equity and the Perpetual Equity Investment Company (ASX:PIC).
Vince joined Perpetual Investments in July 2007 as an Analyst and since that time has covered the chemicals, diversified financials, banking, telecommunications, building materials and REITS sectors.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Vince was a senior portfolio manager/analyst in the large cap Australian equities team at Deutsche Asset Management and led the top 100 equities team. In addition, he had stock research responsibilities across a large number of sectors.
Vince was also a portfolio manager for a number of client portfolios and researched international stocks as part of the international equity division State Super (subsequently Deutsche).

Anthony has been with Perpetual for 12 years. Prior to joining Perpetual, he worked at Ellerston Capital for six years, where he was the Portfolio Manager for the Ellerston Capital Global Equity Management Fund for two years. Before that, he spent 4 years as an analyst working on a long/short strategy. Prior to joining Ellerston Capital, Anthony worked as an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank for 8 years.

Nathan is the Portfolio Manager for the Perpetual ESG Australian Share Fund and Income Share Fund, and an analyst.
Nathan joined Perpetual in September 2010 as a Research Analyst, before spending almost two years on the dealing desk at Perpetual working on all Australian Equity strategies as an Equities Dealer. Nathan was then appointed to the role of Equities Analyst covering small cap stocks in 2013. He was promoted to Deputy Portfolio Manager in May 2016, and took on responsibility for managing 50% of the Smaller Companies strategy in 2017.
Prior to joining Perpetual, Nathan spent 6 years in a Chartered Accountancy firm where he was responsible for the affairs of a diverse range of clients, including regular taxation compliance, financial reporting, Self-Managed Superannuation Fund audits and business advisory services.

James joined Perpetual Asset Management Australia in May 2017, having previously been at Morgan Stanley for over 7 years. Prior to leaving Morgan Stanley, he was an Executive Director covering Building Materials and Steel sectors. Prior to lead coverage, James was part of the Healthcare team for around 3 years at Morgan Stanley.

Sean joined Perpetual in February 2013 as a Graduate Accountant. He joined the Investments team in August 2014 as an Equities Dealer and was appointed an Equities Analyst in January 2016 where he was responsible for covering a number of stocks in the gaming and agricultural sectors. He was appointed Deputy Portfolio Manager for the Perpetual SHARE-PLUS Long-Short Fund and the Perpetual Pure Equity Alpha Fund in 2021.

Maryanne joined Perpetual Asset Management Australia in February 2003 as an Analyst, bringing a wealth of experience from almost 20 years in a variety of corporate roles. This background has provided Maryanne with unique insight when analysing companies in her current role.

Richard manages Perpetual Investment's responsible investment (RI) framework. Richard facilitates the consideration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in investment team research, decision-making and ownership practices, and is the custodian of RI/ESG investment screens on relevant products. Richard continues to ensure that Perpetual works to meet its commitments as a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investment (UNPRI).
Richard joined Perpetual in August 2012, following 19 years experience in investment markets, research and consulting. This included 12 years at Constellation Capital Management, an Australian equities boutique manager. Initially covering dealing, client management and back office tasks, Richard's final role at Constellation was as a Senior Portfolio Manager, which included portfolio management and stock research. Earlier roles included fund manager research at ASSIRT and investment consulting and superannuation administration at Mercer.

Harry Agnew is a Responsible Investment Analyst at Perpetual Investments. In this role, he is responsible for assisting in managing the ethical and SRI screening processes for our ethical funds and mandates, managing external ESG research and data, contributing to internal ESG research and integration efforts, policy and procedure setting, ESG reporting and disclosure, and our other responsible investment obligations as needed, such as corporate sustainability reporting, proxy voting and other ownership and stewardship investment activities.
Harry joined Perpetual Asset Management Australia in February 2018 as part of the graduate program, completing rotations across business divisions including Product, Client Solutions & Strategy, Client Services and Investment Specialists. Prior to this, he worked as a research analyst for a leading Australian infrastructure funds manager.

Michael is Head of Multi Asset for Perpetual Asset Management. In this role he is responsible for the suite of Multi Asset Funds and capital markets research.
Michael joined Perpetual in June 2014. Prior to joining Perpetual Michael worked at JANA for 13 years, and held a number of positions across research, consulting and portfolio management, including Head of Investments, Implemented Consulting.
Earlier in his career Michael held a variety of positions at UBS, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

David Hudson is the Head of Asset Allocation within the Multi Asset team for Perpetual Asset Management Australia. In this role, David is part of the portfolio management team managing all multi asset funds. He is responsible for generating and implementing active asset allocation ideas and the strategic asset allocation of multi asset funds.
David is a proven portfolio manager with almost two decades experience in multi asset portfolio management including 14 years as the lead portfolio manager of diversified funds at BlackRock Investment Management. David has a strong fundamental background in macroeconomics and all asset classes.
David has also held positions as an equity strategist at Bankers Trust Investment Management; fixed income strategist and senior economist at Bankers Trust Investment Bank; and as a senior adviser to the Prime Minister. He started his career as an economist with the Commonwealth Department of Treasury in the early 1980s.
David has an Honours degree in Economics from Adelaide University.

Matt Sherwood is Perpetual’s Head of Investment Strategy, Multi Asset. In this role, Matt is responsible for monitoring, analysing and forecasting earnings growth, interest rates, currencies, economic growth and policy implications across major regions.
Matt joined Perpetual Asset Management Australia in 2005 and his viewpoints and analysis of international developments are frequently sought by policymakers, opinion leaders and investors in Australia and Asia. These include television news networks such as Reuters, CNN and Bloomberg in Asia and Sky News, SBS and the ABC in Australia. His opinions have appeared in many newspapers including the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, the New York Times and Australian Financial Review.
Matt has previously been a panel member which discussed macro issues with the US Federal Reserve on a quarterly basis and has briefed the BIS on several occasions on balance sheet issues facing the global economy. His current research focus is on the global trade war and whether monetary policy can prevent a serious downdraft in growth and regional sharemarkets.
Matt is a published author of the book titled ‘Intelligent Investing’ and began his career as a Senior Economist at the Reserve Bank of Australia, where he gained significant experience in monetary policy formulation and undertook detailed research into the equity risk premium, currency markets and business investment.
Matt has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle and a Masters Degree in Economics (Finance and Econometrics) from the University of Sydney. Matthew has also held a lecturing position with Kaplan Education (formally FINSIA) between 1997 and 2010 and has also lectured MBA classes from Case Western Reserve University in the United States.

Geoff Ryan is Portfolio Manager for Diversified Strategies at Perpetual Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for the portfolio management of the diversified funds and tactical asset allocation.
Geoff joined Perpetual Asset Management Australia in June 2018, having previously worked for five years as Investment Manager, Risk & Strategy for Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation where he developed and implemented the Fund’s dynamic asset allocation process.
Prior to this, he worked at Black Rock / Merrill Lynch, where he held various roles in the multi-asset division. Most recently he was Portfolio Manager, Balanced Funds and Portfolio Manager, Overlays as well as Strategist, Fundamental Global Macro Funds.

Alan joined Pendal (now part of Perpetual Group) in 2017. He has extensive investment management and consulting experience. Prior to joining the company, Alan was Senior Manager, Model Portfolios and Risk Research at TCorp, with responsibility for portfolio management of over $40 billion in defined benefit and insurance multi-asset portfolios, developing TCorp’s strategic and dynamic asset allocation processes covering $80 billion in assets, and liquid alternative manager research.
Alan’s prior experience includes six years at AMP Capital in portfolio management and quantitative analysis roles. His most recent role at AMP Capital was a Portfolio Manager/Analyst within the quantitative equites team running and developing the quantitative process across Australian and Asian equities in long only and long/short form. Alan joined AMP Capital as a Quantitative Risk Analyst within the Investment Risk Team that worked to tailor and develop bespoke risk models and analytics for the various internal investment teams, as well as whole of business investment risk analysis. Alan started his career at Mercer Investment Consulting, where he was an investment consultant to some of the largest institutional clients in Australia providing investment advice as well as being actively involved in strategic and manager research functions.

Russell Turner is a Portfolio Manager in the Multi-Asset team for Perpetual Asset Management Australia. In this role, he assists the ongoing development of macro-economic modelling, the evolution of dynamic asset allocation process and undertakes manager research.
Russell joined Perpetual Asset Management Australia in July 2015, having previously worked as the Business Manager to Geoff Lloyd, Perpetual's CEO. Prior to this, he was a Graduate in Perpetual Private.

Rita joined Pendal Group (now part of Perpetual Group) in 2022 as a Quantitative Analyst in the Multi-Asset Investments team. Rita is responsible for quantitative analysis in relation to asset allocation and research, helping to enhance and grow our multi-asset funds.
Prior to joining Pendal, Rita worked at Commonwealth Bank where she was a Graduate and then a Quantitative Analyst. There she was responsible for the generation of insights for the Banks portfolios, by building mathematical models and performing statistical analysis. Her work also involved conducting product research, financial analysis, and industry research as an input to understanding product positioning.
Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Statistics and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Monash University. Rita is also currently undertaking studies in the CFA program.

Michael Korber is Managing Director, Credit & Fixed Income and is responsible for the ongoing strategic review and development of process, reviewing the weekly credit process and reviewing the analysis of all new credit securities. Michael joined Perpetual in August 2004.
Michael has over 40 years industry experience and prior to joining Perpetual worked as the first Head of Credit at Macquarie Funds Management, spending six years developing its credit investment processes and building the business from inception to over $7 billion in funds under management.
Prior to this, he spent seven years as Divisional Director in Corporate Banking and four years as second in charge to the Head of Macquarie Bank Credit. Earlier, he had spent five years as a Credit Analyst with Westpac Corporate Banking.

Vivek is Head of Fixed Income and joined Perpetual in 2004. He has over 30 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, investments, governance and risk management. He has managed multi-billion dollar fixed income, credit and currency portfolios and his role involves credit analysis, trade execution and portfolio construction.
Previously, he spent nearly 8 years at Macquarie Bank in roles including Assistant Portfolio Manager (Credit, Global Fixed Interest and FX), Credit Analyst, Compliance Manager (Funds Management Group) and Operational Risk Analyst (Internal Audit). Prior to this, Vivek spent almost 4 years at Coopers & Lybrand (PwC) as an accountant / auditor.
He's aimed to give back to the communities, organisations and people with whom he's connected. Vivek joined the Board of The Deaf Society of NSW in 2011 and currently serves as Director and Treasurer. He joined Perpetual's Diversity Council in 2012, chaired by Perpetual's CEO. Since 2010, Vivek has regularly mentored university students, colleagues & finance industry professionals, leading the Fixed Income stream for Perpetual's Investment Analyst Program.
He was awarded the 2011 Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) Hugh DT Williamson Performance Scholarship, an award recognising professional accomplishment, social responsibility and leadership. In 2011, he was also awarded a not for profit directors scholarship from the Australian Scholarship Foundation.

Greg has over 30 years experience in investment management, accounting and risk management. He has researched and analysed credit markets on both the buy side and sell side for over a decade and through multiple cycle. His research role is broad, he covers the bank and financial sector and is a credit signatory. Greg is also a senior portfolio manager responsible for trade execution and portfolio construction for Perpetual's bond fund, absolute return fixed interest fund and exact market cash funds.
Prior to working at Perpetual, Greg had a similar research and portfolio management role at Macquarie Funds Management. And while at Macquarie Bank for over six years he had roles in debt markets research, risk and accounting. Earlier, Greg worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a chartered accountant over six years.

Thomas is Senior Portfolio Manager in the Credit & Fixed Income Team at Perpetual and joined the team in May 2010. He focuses on the management of the treasury portfolios.
Prior to this, his most recent role was within Perpetual's Research and Analytics Team. In this role Thomas was dedicated to supporting the Fixed Income & Credit Team with provision of Investment Analytics such as attribution and portfolio analysis, and the active asset allocation process for Perpetual's Balanced Funds.
Thomas has over 20 years of industry experience. He comes from an investment management background having previously worked in a number of roles including Investment Analyst at Prodigal and Dealer at CMC Markets.

Michael Murphy is Portfolio Manager for the Perpetual Loan Fund, a portfolio of private and syndicated loans that forms a crucial component of the Perpetual Credit Income Trust (ASX: PCI).
Michael joined Perpetual Asset Management Australia in October 2018 as a High Yield Analyst, focusing on the high yield and private debt markets. He also previously worked as an Investment Associate at Metrics Credit Partners, responsible for covering leveraged finance and corporate private debt.
Prior to this, he was an Associate Credit Analyst at Morningstar and before that, a Credit Risk Analyst at Commonwealth Bank.

Lydia Yin is a Credit Analyst at Perpetual Asset Management. In this role, she is responsible for conducting research and analysis within the asset backed securities and residential mortgage-backed securities sector and performing research on corporate credits.
Lydia joined Perpetual Asset Management in February 2022 as a Graduate in the Australian Equities team and then moved to the Credit and Fixed Income team in February 2023. There she was appointed to a Credit Analyst in September 2023.
Lydia has a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of New South Wales.
