Investment Approach

The Fund is actively managed and seeks to capitalise on opportunities in the private debt market while seeking to minimise downside risk. The Fund will invest primarily in a diversified portfolio of private loans, warehouse facilities and securitised assets including, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), asset backed securities (ABS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). The Fund may also invest in high yield debt, investment grade assets and cash. The Fund may gain its exposure to assets directly or indirectly via its investment in other Perpetual managed funds.
