Receiving investor communications
Receiving your investor communications electronically is the best way to stay informed and will assist us with our commitment to minimising paper usage. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make the switch to paperless communications and provide us with your email address. To make the change, please click on the link to the Investor Centre and follow the prompts.
You can make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents including annual reports and documents related to members’ meetings (for example notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:
- You can make a standing election to receive the documents in physical or electronic form;
- You can make a one-off request to receive a document in physical or electronic form; or
- You can tell us if you do not want to receive a hard-copy of the Annual Report. Of course, you will always be able to access and read our Annual Report when it is published on our website and the ASX platform.
To tell us your preference, please click on the link to the Investor Centre and follow the prompts. Note, that to make an election you will need to create a portfolio or sign in using your portfolio login on the Investor Centre.
Distribution statements and periodic statements will be made available to you via the Investor Centre. The periodic statements will not be sent via paper post. Distribution statements can be posted if you specifically request this via the Investor Centre or by contacting MUFG Corporate Markets. Please visit the Continuous Disclosure and Important Information Page for updates on when annual periodic statements have been made available.
The AMIT Member Annual Statement (AMMA) tax statement will be emailed or posted to you, depending on your elected communication preference, following the end of the financial year.
If you sell your units in an ETF, an exit statement will be emailed or posted to you, depending on your elected communication preference, within 6 months of you ceasing to hold units in the ETF.
