If your application meets the selection criteria for the position you have applied for, our Talent Acquisition team will contact you for an initial phone interview. This is usually the first step towards a face-to-face interview, and will help the team assess your skill set and motivation for applying for the position.
We will assess your skills and experience against a number of required competencies for the position, and will ask you both behavioural and technical/job specific questions. If you are successful following the initial phone interview, you’ll be invited to an interview with the Perpetual hiring manager and other key individuals relevant to the position. The interview will also give you with the chance to ask questions and find out additional information about Perpetual to help you decide whether the position is right for you. The number of interviews required will depend on the role you are applying for.
Following the successful completion of the interview process you will be required to undertake pre employment checks that are completed in Workday.
We will request references from a manager or supervisor from your two most recent employers. Please note, personal references will not be accepted.
We also require a valid passport (particularly if you are not an Australian Citizen) or a birth certificate.
Your letter of offer will be sent to you in Workday as a task. You will need to review the letter of offer and accept with the click of a button. You will also receive a link to complete background checks including national record check, qualifications and licence checks. This enables us to meet important regulatory and compliance requirements.

You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, a Permanent Resident or have a valid work visa to be considered for a job with us. If you're a non-citizen on a valid visa with no work restrictions, we can offer a maximum term contract that falls within the validity period of your visa.
